Meet Mr. Jeffrey Fleig
Glen Hills New Principal
Jeff Fleig - Glen Hills’ new principal is new to Glendale but not new to education. He has 22 years of education experience including over 18 as an administrator. He is well versed in developing and sustaining a professional learning community, working with all students from the most needy to most gifted, and maintaining positive relationships with parents and staff members alike.
Jeff comes to Glendale after working for the past five (5) years as the Principal of La Crosse Central High School. Prior to becoming the Principal, he was an Associate Principal at Central as well as Onalaska High School and Tomah Middle School. Before getting into administration, Jeff was a 7th grade teacher at Logan Middle in La Crosse.
Jeff’s primary goal for this year is to maintain Glen Hills’ great tradition of enriching the lives of over 560 children both educationally as well as socially and emotionally. He will continue Glendale’s goal of meeting the needs of all students and moving every child forward in their educational ladder that will lead them to Nicolet High School and ultimately to a post secondary education that will help every child reach their fullest potential. Glen Hills Middle School will continue to be an educational shining “Star” with Mr. Jeff Fleig leading the way.
Mr. Fleig will continue Glen Hills traditional family meet and greet on Tuesday, August 30th at 6:00 pm on the east playground as well as to be scheduled individual grade level parent meetings the first month of school.
