Free and Reduced Lunch

The USDA will NOT be offering the free student meals program for the 2023-24 school year. The end of this program means that students will again be charged for breakfast and/or lunch at the school day. The GDRH School District is covering the cost of breakfast this year, so it will still be free for the 23-24 school year. If you family qualifies for the free and reduced meals program, please complete the free and reduced meals application during online registration or verification. This application must be submitted before October 13, 2023.

Families who qualify for free and reduced meals might also qualify for a reduction in some of their student fee.

Parents who think they may be eligible for participation in the Free or Reduced Lunch Program can submit an application anytime throughout the year at any school or the District office. Strict confidentiality is assured with this system.

If you qualify, your application will be valid through the school year.  Families must RE-APPLY EVERY YEAR within 30 days of the start of the school year.  If not, these accounts will return to normal paid lunches and families will be responsible for any costs incurred.

You may download the application form (below) or apply within the Infinite Campus parent portal by clicking More > Meal Benefits
