Hello Glendale-River Hills District Families and Caregivers,

Thank you to everyone for your continued patience and perseverance as we continue to navigate the Infinite Campus registration process.

Below you will find some information to help your navigation for Activities and Athletics Sign up as we head into Trimester 2.

ATHLETICS

If your student is at all interested in doing athletics at Glen Hills this school year we highly encourage you to start the Initial Athletic Registration process today!

Linked Here you will find a step by step page with screenshots that will help you navigate the registration process.

**You will not see your child's athletic team in the school store until your initial athletic registration forms are approved.

These forms include:

Head Injury Cardiac Arrest Information
Head Injury Cardiac Arrest Signature
Student Activities Agreement
Athletic Health Form ** - This form requires a doctor's signature as well as a parent signature. The form found on Infinite Campus must be used and then uploaded for approval.

How to get the Athletic Physical Health Form completed:

Many local CVS minute clinics/local walk-in clinics/urgent cares do offer sports physicals if students can't get in with their primary docs
Pediatricians will usually fill out WIAA paperwork without seeing the child (through the LiveWell or other portal for patients/families).

Activities/Clubs:

Trimester 2 club registration will be coming out soon. An additional notification will be sent out when those clubs open up for registration.

PARKWAY

Anticipated NEW clubs for trimester 2:

Games Galore with Ms. Sperling, Parkway Winter Play with Ms. Scharnick, Jewelry Club with Ms. Hess.

Returning Clubs: Science Club with Ms. Wille, Cursive Writing with Ms. Kelly, Stay and Play Club with Ms. Assenheimer, Tinker Tuesday with Ms. Hess, FIT Club with Ms. Lingard, and Crafty Kids Club with Ms. Birkel and Ms. Wampole.

**Parkway Parents: Please remember to only sign up for one club for your student on a given school day (i.e. - please do not sign up for 2 clubs that both meet on Tuesdays).

GLEN HILLS

Anticipated NEW clubs for trimester 2:

Anime Club, Intro to Theater (4th grade), Theater Club, Forensics, Dungeons and Dragons, Rainbow Rights, Math Homework Club, and Boyz To Men.

FAQ’s:

Why don’t I see my students' athletic team in the school store?

The Athletic Initial Registration has not been completed/approved yet

I have completed the initial athletic registration, added the sport to my cart from the school store, but still can’t check out

Be sure to click the blue link that says required - this is to view the team schedule. Then proceed to check out

I have completed the athletic initial registration. Is my student on the team?

Not yet, please log back into the school store and choose the sport your student is interested in. Be sure to proceed all the way to check out to complete registration.
